📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and develop new bancassurance opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with bank partners
• Ensure that our bancassurance products are well-positioned in the market
• Train and support our bank partners to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to successfully sell our bancassurance products
• Develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our bancassurance products remain competitive

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bancassurance or a related field
• Strong understanding of bancassurance products and the insurance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
