Jaya Intan Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Deputy Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a pleasant experience during their visit. We offer a competitive salary and a welcoming work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly reception.,Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including verifying reservations and issuing keys.,Answer and direct guest inquiries, providing information about the restaurant and its services.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest.,Maintain the reception area, including cleaning and organizing, to ensure a clean and inviting environment.,Assist with scheduling and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager to support the smooth operation of the reception area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, English is a plus.
