📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Monitor food and beverage inventory, ordering, and cost control.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the restaurant.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Participate in budgeting and financial reporting processes.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high service standards.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
