📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of F&B outlets, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and service.
• Manage and develop a team of F&B staff, providing training and mentorship to ensure peak performance.
• Optimize inventory management using tools like SAP or similar ERP systems to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain consistent product quality and timely deliveries.
• Implement and monitor operational KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B operations management, preferably in retail or hospitality.
