The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the fleet, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and proper working condition, and that all maintenance and repairs are carried out in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company policies.,Manage the fleet's fuel consumption and costs, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the fleet.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the fleet, and implement corrective actions as necessary.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.,Provide training and support to drivers and other stakeholders as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Knowledge of relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.,Ability to travel and work in remote locations as needed.
