📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses to understand the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants using various methods such as online job boards, social media, and networking events.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and making job offers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.,Provide exceptional customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
