Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure documentation accuracy,Develop tutorials, how-to guides, and other educational materials,Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to improve user experience,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our technical documentation process

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
