📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cash transactions and ensure accurate financial records.,Supervise and train junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to billing and payments.,Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Monitor cash levels and inventory to prevent shortages and overstocking.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a healthcare or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of financial transactions and accounting principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and financial software is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
