📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including production, logistics, and customer service.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Work with the management team to set and achieve operational goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff to ensure high performance and morale.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian is a plus.
