As the Plant In-Charge (PIC), you will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and maintenance, to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.
• Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Conduct regular inspections of production lines to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor a team of production operators, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing software and tools, such as ERP systems, MES, and QMS.
• Understanding of quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
