📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality and safety.,Develop and implement menus that align with company standards and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor kitchen costs and optimize food production processes.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food service operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe) is a plus.
