PT Pertiwi Tirta is looking for a dedicated Pharmacist Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining accurate records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications according to prescriptions.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient records and medication histories.,Verify the accuracy of prescriptions and medication orders.,Monitor medication storage conditions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Assist in the management of inventory and ordering of medications.,Provide patient education and counseling on medication use and proper storage.,Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure patient safety and optimal medication use.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,At least 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or similar role.,Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and best practices.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
