PT Sejahtera Cempaka is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the restaurant from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to help them achieve their best.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Prepare and maintain financial reports, including sales, expenses, and profit and loss statements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies.,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial reporting.,Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining strong communication with the team and customers.
