📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and provide financial insights to support business decisions.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data collection and reporting.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and board members.,Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.,Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
