📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the organization of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR Manager in the preparation of HR reports and analyses.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
