📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve targets.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and alignment with company objectives.,Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance, ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and implement relevant improvements in the department.,Represent the department in meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of departmental operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.,Experience in mentoring and developing team members.,Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
