Life Root Group is seeking a dedicated Deputy Bartender to join our team in Sanur, Bali. As a Deputy Bartender, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head bartender in preparing and mixing drinks according to the menu.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and organizing ingredients.,Recommend and suggest new drink recipes to enhance the bar menu.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.,Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests and addressing their needs.,Assist in training and mentoring new bartenders and staff.,Participate in inventory management and ordering of supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Familiarity with various types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Good knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Flexible and willing to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
