Cloud Global Mandiri is looking for a Deputy Recruiter to join our team in Yogyakarta. As a Deputy Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process, assisting the Recruiter in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule further interviews.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Collaborate with the Recruiter to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or related roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
