📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of team activities and projects.,Support the Team Leader in setting and achieving team goals and objectives.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of team members.,Handle administrative tasks and provide support to the team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in a similar role within the industry is a plus.
