In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing team to develop event concepts, coordinate with vendors, and ensure seamless execution. Whether it’s a corporate gala, a product launch, or a community engagement event, your innovative ideas will set the tone. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute event marketing strategies that align with client goals and brand messaging.
• Coordinate with vendors, including venues, caterers, and entertainment providers, to ensure smooth event logistics.
• Create and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial goals are met.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote events, utilizing tools like Hootsuite and Mailchimp.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing event materials, including invitations, posters, and promotional content.
• Analyze event performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and refine future strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and partners.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in event marketing and industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event marketing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events.
• Strong understanding of event marketing tools and software, including Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and Eventbrite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with clients and vendors.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected challenges.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
