📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and management.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll and benefits.,Support the HR team in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
