📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice on eyewear to customers, helping them find the perfect pair of glasses or sunglasses.
• Manage inventory and ensure that our store is well-stocked with the latest eyewear trends.
• Assist customers with fitting and adjusting eyewear to ensure a comfortable and accurate fit.
• Train and mentor new team members to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Ensure that our store is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in eyewear.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in the eyewear industry.
• Excellent knowledge of eyewear products, including frames, lenses, and accessories.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet daily sales targets.
• Familiarity with retail software such as POS systems and inventory management tools.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fashion and eyewear, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
