📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through targeted outreach and follow-up.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
• Support senior business development executives in client negotiations and contract discussions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
• Monitor and analyze business development metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform business development strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the reinsurance industry and its regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
