In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing potential candidates, and contributing to the growth of our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with other team members for further assessments.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Support the HR team in various administrative tasks related to recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,0-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment tools and software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
