📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the inventory system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Lead and train junior inventory staff on best practices and procedures.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.,Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and order points to ensure optimal stock levels.,Collaborate with other departments to streamline inventory processes.,Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Understanding of ERP systems is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards related to inventory management.
