PT Putih Lestari is looking for a Lead Waiter to join our team in Mempawah. As a Lead Waiter, you will be responsible for managing the dining room operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team of waiters. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and service, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of waiters to ensure efficient and effective service.,Ensure all food and beverage orders are accurately taken and delivered to the dining room.,Maintain a clean and organized dining room, including tables, chairs, and glassware.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and concerns promptly.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for restocking as needed.,Train and develop new waiters to ensure consistent service quality.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the dining room.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team of waiters.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.,Must have a valid food safety certificate.
