📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Promote and demonstrate products to increase sales and customer engagement.,Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Assist in store setup, merchandising, and maintenance to create an appealing shopping environment.,Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental and store goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.
