Develop and maintain complex financial models for consumer lending products,Conduct risk analysis and provide data-driven insights to support lending decisions,Monitor and report on key risk metrics and performance indicators,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data,Participate in the development and implementation of risk management strategies,Provide training and support to junior team members,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk analytics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial modelling and risk analytics,Strong knowledge of statistical and mathematical concepts,Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and SQL,Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI,Knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
