Develop and implement risk governance frameworks and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.,Conduct risk assessments and evaluations to identify potential risks and opportunities.,Monitor and report on key risk indicators and metrics to senior management.,Lead and mentor junior risk governance analysts and provide guidance on best practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk governance into business strategies and operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.,Provide risk governance training and workshops to employees across the organization.,Develop and maintain risk governance documentation and reporting tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,8-10 years of experience in risk governance, risk management, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of risk governance frameworks, including COSO, ISO 31000, and Basel III.,Proficiency in risk assessment tools and techniques, such as scenario analysis, stress testing, and Monte Carlo simulations.,Experience in regulatory compliance and reporting, particularly in the banking and financial services industry.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
