📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain a strong employer brand and promote the company as an employer of choice.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
