📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales associates, ensuring high performance and a positive work environment.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain store standards.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store and company goals.
  • Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and address any issues.
  • Promote and participate in company events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory control, sales, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
