📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Leverage various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
