🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Interpretation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in translation and interpretation, with a focus on official documents and communications.
• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams and projects.
• Fluency in English and at least one other major international language (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic, French, Spanish).
• Certification in translation or interpretation from a recognized institution is a plus.
• Experience in the energy or foreign affairs sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in using translation and project management software such as Trados, SDL Trados Studio, or MemoQ.
