📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through targeted outreach and follow-up.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
- Support senior business development executives in client negotiations and contract discussions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
- Monitor and analyze business development metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform business development strategies.
- Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the reinsurance industry and its regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
