Field Collection Agent - Bali (Contract)

As a Field Collection Agent, you will be responsible for visiting clients' locations to collect payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and resolve any issues that may arise. You will use our in-house collection system, which is integrated with our customer relationship management (CRM) software, to track and manage your collections. This role requires a strong understanding of our financial services products and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients' locations to collect payments and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Use our in-house collection system and CRM software to track and manage collections.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and work with clients to find mutually beneficial solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Report on collections and any issues that may arise to the collections manager.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality.
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve collections targets.
• Stay up-to-date with changes to our financial services products and collection policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial services products and collection policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
